What are the differences between Share and Workspace?
The Share offer is designed for organizations wishing to use NetExplorer for secure document sharing. The Workspace offering, on the other hand, goes a step further by including document management functionalities such as online editing and co-editing, in addition to secure sharing.
How much does the electronic signature option cost?
The electronic signature option offers two subscriptions depending on the customer's needs. It includes unlimited handwritten signatures. The eIDAS signatures, which have legal value in the EU, are supplied by Universign. They can be purchased by lot or included in the subscription, depending on the package chosen.
Is the platform easy to learn?
Yes, NetExplorer is designed to be very intuitive. You'll benefit from tutorial videos on our Vimeo page, a knowledge base accessible from the platform, and assistance from our support team available by email and telephone, Monday to Friday.
Where are NetExplorer's datacenters and offices located?
Our datacenters are located in the Paris region, guaranteeing that no data transits through a third country for offers in France. For offers in Luxembourg, our datacenters are located in Luxembourg. Our offices are located in Toulouse.
